COVID-19

We are delighted that we can re-open and provide you all with some much needed fun!

However, we are aware that Covid-19 remains a real problem for the country and as a business we are doing as much as possible to keep everyone who enters our building as asafe as possible.

Face Coverings
Face masks are reccomended but not required. However, all of our staff will still be wearing face coverings during your visit.

Enhanced Cleaning
We have always had very high cleaning standards, however, we are now using a specific Anti-Virus spray when cleaning parts of the park, this has been proven to kill the coronavirus germs. You’ll also notice certain activities being closed off for a couple of minutes whilst our staff clean them (e.g. basketball to clean the balls). Staff will also be spending extra time cleaning objects that are touched regularly by customers (e.g. door handles, backs of chairs, hand rails etc).

Limited Capacity
Although limitations on the amount of people allowed in a public building have been scrapped by the government, we are still running on a limited capacity. Currently we are around 75% operational.

Track & Trace
It is now reccomended that you download the NHS COVID-19 App on your smart device. You will find QR codes around the building to scan in on the app, once you've done this please show the sign in message on your device to a member of staff. If for any reason you do not have the NHS COVID-19 App we do have a paper track & trace form you can fill out. Every person aged 16+ (even if you're in the same household/bubble) must sign in with Track & Trace. If you refuse to give this information or check in with the app, you will be refused entry to park.

Hand Sanitizing
We ask that customers sanitize their hands upon arrival. You will also notice sanitizing stations around the park, please use these as regular as possible.

Staff Temperature Checks
Before starting their shift, all staff are asked to check their temperature and make note of this when signing into the building. They are also asked to self assess whether they feel unwell or have any covid-19 symptoms. Doing this will prevent any sick staff members from attending work and halting any possible spread of the virus.
